She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence R. DeBenedictis Sr.; her parents, John H. Hughes and Winifred Hughes (Maber); and her brother Richard J. Hughes. She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence DeBenedictis (Faith Maslin) of Billerica and James DeBenedictis (Eunice Zaroulis) of Lowell; her grandchildren, Larry III, Devone, Danielle and Carmen; her great grandchild Giovanny; and her sisters, Dorothy Harvie and Barbara DeMarco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
