He was predeceased by: his parents, Segundo Ouano and Arthea Shaken; his foster mother Clara Dicker; and his brother Ben. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly K. Ouano (Hagerty); his sons, Edward J. Ouano of Billerica and Albert Ouano (Martha) of Springfield; his stepmother Carmelina Ouano; his siblings, Romeo Ouano, James Ouano, Carmel Ouano and Inday Ouano; his sister-in-law Jasmine Ouano; his grandchildren, Nicholas Ouano and Stephanie Smith; his great grandchild Charlie Ouano; his nephew Scott Gammon (Ed Buckley); and his sibling Floramilo Ouano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
