He was predeceased by: his father William V. Powers Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Judith Powers (Drew); his children, Ryan Powers, Derek Powers, Alyssa Powers and Chayce Shepherd; his sister Jennifer Dowd; his brother-in-law Dan Dowd; and his nieces and nephews, Erin and Allie. He is also survived by many loving friends, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anthony's memory to UTEC, a local organization that helps young people to trade violence and poverty for social and economic success.
