Mason (Kathryn Meade) of Northampton; her siblings, Daniel DeBenedictis of Billerica, Vincent DeBenedictis of Hampton, NH, Anthony DeBenedictis of Hudson, NH, Angelo DeBenedictis of Carlisle, Peter DeBenedictis of Ohio, Paul, Lawrence, Carmine DeBenedictis, Agnes Spinney, Caroline Vitale of Billerica, Pauline and Pepperell; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Blinn (Erin), Rachel Dill (Ryan) and Riana Nazzaro (Adam). She was also cherished by her eight great grandchildren.
