Cotter of Billerica, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. and Mary V. Cotter (Crowley). She is survived by: her friend Dawn Wink.
