She was predeceased by: her husband George Burns; her parents, Michael Coen and Edna Coen; her sisters, Mary Lou O'Halloran, Patricia Sivon and Ruth Jakola; and her friend Marie Leavey.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Alberts (Audrey) of Franklin, David Alberts (Bridget) of Beverly, Ronald Alberts (Linda) of Merrimack, NH and Lori Alberts of Arlington; her grandchildren, Kristen, Timothy, David, Summer, Katelyn and Seth; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Griffin, Phoenix, Orryn, Ivy, Jade and Lucas; her great great grandchild Lysander; her siblings, Michael Coen (Kathy) and Jeanne Towers; and her family George. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeVito Funeral Home (1145 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
