He was predeceased by: his parents, Lars Johnsen and Matilda Johnsen (O'Connell). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughter Rachel Blanchette (Johnsen); his son-in-law Caleb Blanchette; and his grandsons, Jakob of Danvers and Mason Blanchette of Danvers. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
