Richard A. Carey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Carey of Beverly, Massachusetts, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman P. Carey of Marblehead and Helen Carey (Linskey) of Peabody; his son Adam; and his brother Norman. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Carey (Howland); his children, Jonathan (Johanna) of Groveland and Robin of Peabody; his grandson Rowan of Groveland; his sisters, Joan Soltys of Boxford and MaryJane Carey of Woburn; his siblings-in-law, John Howland of Ipswich and Cheryl Daniels of Salem; and his friend Joe Soltys of Peabody. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
