She is survived by: her children, Adelheid (Gordon) and Andreas (Eva); her grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob, Isaac and Lovisa; her siblings, Helga, Angelika and Ulrich (Ute); and her nieces and nephews, Ava, Dorothee, Freimut, Andrea, Hilla, Lena and Hans Christian.

Hospitality, compassion, and charity were important to her.
