Patricia M. Colahan Obituary

Patricia "Patty" M. Colahan, age 61, passed away surrounded by her loving family on November 7, 2022, from heart disease, at Tufts Medical Center.

Patty was born on April 21, 1961. She was the beloved daughter of Helen T. Colahan (Parker), and the late Paul S. Colahan. She was the devoted mother to Heather M. Colahan of Lynn. She was also the adoring "Grammy" to her grandson, Kelvin X. Colahan. Patty leaves her lifetime partner, David Lovasco of Beverly. Also surviving Patty are her brother, Stephen Colahan and his wife Sheila of Beverly, her sister Paula M. Colahan and her husband, Kenneth Consoli also of Beverly; her nieces and nephews: Paul Colahan and his wife Kim of Glen Ridge, New Jersey; Marianne Kipp and her husband Ryan of Edwards, Colorado; and Colleen and Will Consoli of Beverly. She also leaves David Lovasco, Jr. and his partner Kassie Brigham and their children of Wareham. Patty also leaves many loving cousins and friends.

Patty attended Bishop Fenwick High School. She worked as a medical biller for Partners Health Care for over 30 years.

She loved reading, listening to music, loved her trips to New Hampshire with her lifelong partner Dave, and attending events of her grandson, nieces and nephews. Her favorite restaurant was The 99. Patty was an animal lover. Her and her grandson, Kelvin, loved going to Topsfield Fair every year. Most of all, she loved visiting her Mom daily at the Herrick House. She loved family gatherings. Patty was a daughter, a mother, a sister, a grandmother, a cousin and a friend. She will be profoundly missed by all who loved her.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday November 12, 2022 at St. Margaret's Church, 672 Hale St. Beverly, MA at 11AM, family and friends are invited to attend. Her visitation will be held Friday November 11 from 4 to 7PM at Campbell Funeral home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly.
