She was predeceased by: her parent Warren Philbrick; her husband Donald A. Atkinson; her son Russell Atkinson; her grandson Raymond Atkinson; and her siblings, Jane Miller and Warren Philbrick, Jr..
She is survived by: her parent Emily Philbrick; her daughters, Sylvia Atkinson (Peter Pszenny) of Danvers and Brenda Atkinson of Orlando; her grandchildren, Michael Atkinson (Holly) of Epping, NH, Craig Atkinson (Shannon) of Falmouth and Sara Carr of Orlando, FL; and her great grandchild Andrew Atkinson of Epping, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
