He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence C. McNeil and Mary McNeil (Kelley); his aunt Alice Bundy; and his brothers, Joseph Daniel McNeil, U. S. Marine Corp and Robert M. McNeil.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca McNeil (Jones); his siblings, Chris and Marilyn; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Joanne, Linda, Robert, Daniel, James and Colby; and his cousins, Dr. Barbara McNeil, Ginny (John Lord), Bob and Mary Naumes. He is also survived by cousins and John Donovan and cousins.
