He is survived by: his children, Corrine Walsh (Timothy) of Marblehead and Kenneth Perryman of Waterville, ME; his grandsons, James Joyce Jr. of Medford, Jason Joyce of Westford, Justin Joyce (Lauren) of Westford and Jared Joyce of Marblehead; and his great grandchildren, Asa and Nicholas.
