He is survived by: his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Belinda Maleck of Danvers; his stepson Craig Marvel of Danvers; his granddaughter Emma; his niece Chantel LaBrie (Linda); and his pet Madison.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's name to Operation Troop Support, 16 Trinity St., Danvers, MA, 01923.
