He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judith Kline; his uncle Steve Kaylor; and his friend Jim Boyle. He is survived by: his parents, Deb Kline and Anthony Kline; his brothers, Larry (Carissa Medeiros), Thoai, Bao and Anh; his grandfather Lawrence Kline; his aunts and uncles, Patty (Dave Sauvageau), Kathy Kaylor, Maureen (Glenn Rawding), Sheila (John McCarthy), Ed (Rachel O'Reilly) and Douglas (Susan Kline); and his nephews, Wesley and Lincoln.
