He was predeceased by: his father John; his siblings, Joseph and Virginia; and his grandfather Catania. He is survived by: his children, Michael J. and Doreen Maciak (Jim) of Beverly; and his grandchildren, Sydney Maciak of Salem and Deirdre Maciak of Lynn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
