He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Gilliss and Norma F. Gilliss; and his siblings, Stephen Gilliss, Michael Gilliss, William Gilliss II and Dianne Gilliss.
He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel Gilliss (Vicki), Sean Gilliss (Debbie), Ted Gilliss (Tammy) and Donald Gilliss (Mary); and his friend Megan Campbell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
