He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elwell and Ruth Elwell (Walsh); and his daughter Annmarie Kiff. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Elwell (Walsh); his daughters, Lisa Melanson (Carl) of Gloucester and Jennifer Elwell (Jason Graham) of Gloucester; his son-in-law Bert Kiff; his grandchildren, Cody, Cailey, Caitlyn Melanson, Taylor, Zachary, Karolyne Bigelow, Sam and Carter Kiff of Gloucester; his nephews, Randy and Jeff Brown; and his niece Allison Williams (Robert Williams).
