He was predeceased by: his brother John Modugno. He is survived by: his former wife Karen; his son Max; his daughter-in-law Megan; his grandchildren, Grace and Henry; his sister Susan (David Burch); his nephews, Matt Amore (Justin Holmes), Phil Amore (Kelly Amore) and AJ; and also Frankie. He is also survived by children, David's great niece.
