He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Harlow and Arlyn Harlow (Hoyt); and his brother Wayne Harlow. He is survived by: his son Brian Harlow-Jennings (Christopher) of West Orange; his grandchildren, Faith and Xavier Harlow-Jennings; his sisters, Laura Sooley (Jim) and Jayne Rendall of Winthrop Harbor, IL; and his close friend Cheryl McLaughlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
