She was predeceased by: her spouse Dana R. McCormack; her parents, Robert Allardice and Gladys Allardice (Robinson); and her sisters, Ursula Cole and Patricia Fournier.
She is survived by: her children, Kelli McCormack-Hayes (Alan) of Beverly and Dana McCormack of Beverly; her grandchildren, Connor D. Hayes, Shannon D. Hayes and Abaigeal Parisella; and her sister Alma Murphy of Beverly.
