He was predeceased by: his wife Bridget "Betty" Acciavatti (Sutera); and his siblings, Mario Acciavatti, Livia Bucci, Josephine Capaldi, Anita Capaldi, Jean Palmerino and Evelyn Cellineri.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Zarella (Joseph) of Peabody, James Acciavatti (Laura) of Beverly, Linda Morin (Christopher) of Danvers and Peter Acciavatti (Khara) of Beverly; his grandchildren, Kristen Zarella, Kyle, Olivia, Ryan Acciavatti, Erica, Celina, Elaina Morin and Domenic Acciavatti; his brother Fred Acciavatti; and his siblings-in-law, Louis Cellineri of Beverly, Mary "Judi" Sutera and Jean Sutera of Gloucester.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
