He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leo and Helen McCarthy (McInnes); and his brothers, Robert and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. (Nihan); his sister Carol Florentino (Francis "Pudgy") of Saugus; his daughters, Natalie, Lauren and Rachel Paicopolis; and his siblings-in-law, James (Dawn Zurlinden) of Nashville, Tenn., Thomas Nihan of Gloucester and Maryann (William Bartlett) of Danvers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
