He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Carito and Lucy Carito; his children, Allen Carito (Robyn) of Middletown, DE, Bruce Carito (Beth French) of Beverly, Billerica, Diana Mandra (John) of Middleton, Tammy Tremblay (John) of Exeter, NH, Michelle Finamore (Farid Bahou) of Beverly and Lowell; his son-in-law David Finamore; his grandchildren, Lucas Carito (Cindy), Nicole Carito and Brittany Fisher (Tommy); his great grandchildren, Maverick, Brian Carito (Guillermo Llamas), Catherine Tremblay, Elizabeth Tremblay (Jonathan Geddis), Christopher Tremblay and Cassandra Finamore; and his grandson Harrison Finamore.
