He is survived by: his parents, Burtis Monlux Bush and Irma Bush (Kinney); his grandson Vinny; his son Marc A. Kwiatkowski (Beth) of Camden; his grandchildren, Molly Kwiatkowski of San Diego and Vincent Kwiatkowski of Camden, ME.; and also Marc.
