Poulin (Donald) of Lancaster and Raymond Hoy (Diane Peralta) of Leominster; his siblings, Dale Hoy of Corpus Christi, TX, Georgeann Rigney of Levittown, PA and Janie DiGiacomo of Wyndmoor, PA; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Adam and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Julia, Lilyana and Kaden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
