He is survived by: his parents, Rene Richards and Cecile Richards (Rheaume); his son Contracting; his wife Phyllis Richards (Blanchard) of Berlin, NH; his sons, James Richards (Janet) of Windamir, FL and David Richards of Berlin, NH; and his sister Rita Ahart of Vienna, VA.
