He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D'Agostino and Helen D'Agostino (Buck). He is survived by: his wife Janice L. D'Agostino (Wright); his children, Christina Wilson (Nick Caron) of Sturbridge, MA and Paul D'Agostino of Framingham, MA; his grandchildren, Madeline Wilson and Dylan Wilson; his stepgrandchildren, Kaelyn Caron, Liam Caron and Brenna Caron; and his sister Carol Zavesky (David) of Stratford, CT. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
