Polewarczyk (Michele) of Berlin; her grandchildren, Jean Mitchell (Clint), Adam Polewarczyk (Christie), Alisha Sloga (Christopher) and Amy Polewarczyk; her great grandchildren, Claris, Alexa, Justin, Ava and Sloane; her husband Stanley A. Polewarczyk; her siblings, Nelson Quintin, Norman Quintin and Janice Niedzialkowski; and her parents, Leo F. Quintin and Selina Quintin (Fontaine). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
