She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Lowe and Katherine Lowe (Chappell); her husband Howard W. Birch; her children, Eric W. Birch of Berlin and Christine P. Laliberte (Chuck) of Rutland; her grandchildren, Sara, Andy and Caith; and her sister Janice Hatch. She was also cherished by 2 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
