She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard W. Phillips and Elizabeth A. Phillips (Hartland); her husband David E. Carlson; her brother Henry Daniel Phillips II; her son Jason A. Hatch; and her brother Jeffrey A. Galvin.
She is survived by : her siblings, Gail Stack (Brian) of Pittsfield, Cheryl Gable (Clark) of Lanesboro, Kim Stracuzzi (Anthony) of Pittsfield, Laura Burgess of Pittsfield, Wayne Taylor of Lee, Richard W. Phillips Jr. (Karen) of Middleboro and Jerome Jay Galvin of Pittsfield; her granddaughter Marissa Hatch (Phil Morine) of Richmond; and her daughter-in-law Jeanann Hatch of Hinsdale. She is also survived by her family, friends.
