It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Sayers in Berkshire, Massachusetts, born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugenio Blefari and Talinda Sciarra Blefari; her husband Walter A. Sayers, Sr.; her son-in-law Ron Watson; and her siblings, Laura Sayers, Eva Laurin Laflamme and Frank Blefari.
She is survived by: her children, Walter A. Sayers, Jr. (Janice) of Pittsfield, James F. Sayers (Debbie) of Pittsfield, Linda Watson of Yalaha, FL, Patricia Mathes (Steven) of Pittsfield and Shaina Sayers of Pittsfield; and her brother Paul Blefari of Sunnyvale, CA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Shriner's Hospital of Springfield in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
