He is survived by: his parent Agnes M. Booth (O'Neil); his wife Cynthia R. Booth (Hurlbut); his sons, Eric J. Booth (Laurie) of Clarksburg and Erin E. Booth (Dawn) of Clarksburg; and his grandchildren, Pickle Head, Collin "Charlie" Booth and Nolan "Mugwump" Booth.
