We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2022, at the age of 75, Mary J. Cook of Berkshire, Massachusetts, born in Ludlow, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Wezniak and Vivian Wezniak (Boucher); and her siblings, Fred, David, Thomas Wezniak and Linda Hingston.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert and Brian Cook; her grandchildren, Trevor Cook, Ashley Cook-Serrenho (Eric) and Faith McClelland; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Cayleigh, Cameron and Mason Serrenho; her siblings, Joseph Wezniak, Janice Hauff (Don), Ann Bean (Don) and Barbara Deidolori (Phil); her cousin Sally Murdock; and her friends, George and Rose Dennis.
