"Jack" Hayes (Catherine) of Brandon, FL; her stepchildren, Gary Salvadori (Judy) of Vallejo, CA and Cynthia Powers (Michael) of Glens Falls, NY; her daughter-in-law Beverly S. Hayes of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Michelle Baity (Tim) of Pittsfield, Melinda, Melissa, Ricky, Robyn, Marc, Sarah and Morgan; her son Alan Paul Hayes; and her significant other Edward F. Schilling.
