He is survived by: his former wives, Constance Louise Beverly and Marion Jeannette Thompson; his children, Beverly Ann Smith Fortini and Craig Richard Smith; his stepchildren, Barbara Booth, Douglas Booth and James Booth; his son-in-law Joseph Fortini (Kazia); his sister-in-law Loretta Smith; his nieces and nephews, Thomas Smith (Nancy), William Smith (Esther), Rosemary Cullins (William), Diane Shultz (Richard), Dale Beverly (Bonnie), Judy Creeron (John), Glenn Beverly (Mary) and Chris Beverly (Albert Pulvar); his sister-in-law Dorothy Beverly; his nephew Bruce Beverly (Marilyn); and his nieces, Nancy Beverly and Marcia Beverly (Kumar Gursahaney).
