He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. Kelly and Anne E. Doran Kelly; his wife Lucille Cote Kelly; his children, Lisa McCosh (Brian), Patrick (Mary Ellen) of Templeton, MA and Kevin (LeeAnne) of Baldwinville, MA.; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Megan McCosh, Courtney, Connor, Sean and Madeline Kelly; his sister Nancy Lanois (Francis); his siblings-in-law, Claire, Albert Barcomb and Clarice Morrissey; and his brothers, Francis and William Kelly.

Memorial donations are suggested for St. Jude Children's Hospital through the funeral home.
