She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Penna and Elizabeth Sinopoli Penna; and her brothers, Joseph, Frank, Vito, John, Anthony and James Penna.

She is survived by: her sisters, Rose Pochinchuk of Bradenton, FL, Elizabeth Froio (Richard) of Pittsfield and Mary Ricci.
