He was predeceased by: his son Jeremy Levesque; and his brother Randy Levesque. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Levesque (Nelson) of North Dighton; his children, Shane Levesque (Ellen), Frank Machado (Shana), Amy Machado, Katie Levesque (Sharon) and Brian Machado; and his siblings, Maureen Silvia (Mike), Laurie Andrade (Danny), David Levesque (Julie) and John Levesque. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
