She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Pacheco Ferreira; her parents, John Camara and Ilda Camara (Moniz-DaSilva); and her brother Manuel Camara. She is survived by: her children, Arthur Ferreira, Jr. (Sandra) of Charlton, MA, Joshua Ferreira (Jessica) of Berkley, Elizabeth Fratalia (Antonio) of Assonet and Sandi Ferreira of San Diego, CA.; her grandchildren, Allen, Sofia, Nathan, Lucas and Amelia; and her siblings, Zelia DeSousa of East Taunton, Odette Moniz of Dudley, MA and Joanne Machado of East Taunton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (372 Middleboro Ave, East Taunton, MA 02718).
