He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth Guinazzo. He is survived by: his uncle Kenneth; his child Erin Marie Jensen; his siblings, Deborah Katz Naginey, Janice E. Sherlock, Patricia A. Hardiman of Halifax, Daniel F. Guinazzo, Martin T. Guinazzo of Berkley, Lisa M. Guinazzo of Raynham and Timothy J. Guinazzo of Wareham; and his parent Teresa Foley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kenneth's name to the American Cancer Society, 1324 Belmont St #204, Brockton, MA 02301.
