He was predeceased by: his parent John F. "Bunny". He is survived by: his spouse Teresa "Terry" J. Kanalski (Heap); his children, Alexis Katherine Kanalski, Anya Marie Kanalski and Berkley; his sibling Carolyn A. Ellison (George); and his parent Jane M. Kanalski (Burns). He is also survived by his Mother in Law, many special sister in law's, brother in law's, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Lymphoma Dept.
