He is survived by: his wife Theresa Entin (Soares); his daughter Julie Bettencourt of New Bedford, MA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Timothy, Karl, Chris, Jamie and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Angel and Luna; his cousin Stephen Entin; and his daughter-in-law Nancy Cordeiro.
