With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rita V. Sawicki of Belmont, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on March 13, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic Sawicki; and her siblings, Yolanda Cappocia, Dominic Conti, Mary Papandrea, Albert Conti, Lillian Catalanotti and Lena Conti.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Murphy (Al), Donna Correia (Victor), Dominic Sawicki Jr. (Debra) and Marianne Webber (Wayne); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian, Chris Murphy, Melissa, Laura Correia, Michael Sawicki, Kristen Manjikian, Derek and Jeffrey Webber; her great grandchildren, Michael, Brian Jr., Olivia, Ciara, Declan, Gianna, Sophia, Isabelle and Charlotte; and her sisters, Eleanor Glorioso and Edith Treggiari.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Church (130 Common St, Belmont, MA 02478). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
