He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Caputo (Raymond); his parents, Louis Caputo and Theresa Caputo (Giovanniello); and his siblings, Philomena Caputo, Mario Caputo, Vincent Caputo, Angelina Reppucci, Joseph Caputo and Americo Caputo.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Caputo of Watertown, Richard Caputo (Betsy Brest) of Boulder Creek, CA, Janet Leonard (James) of Braintree and Leslie Murphy (Paul) of Walpole; his grandchildren, Kimberly O'Connell, Matthew O'Connell (Kelly), Samantha Leonard, Hayley Leonard, Thomas Murphy and John Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Seamus and Quinn O'Connell.
In lieu of flowers donations in Ralph's name can be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
