She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gerace and Frances Gerace (Micale); her son Todd Muccioli; and her sister Natalie "Snooky" Carney (Joseph "Mike" Carney). She is survived by: her husband Leonard "Lenny" Muccioli; her children, Dona Trelegan (Chris) of Waltham, Tracy Romano (Anthony) of Waltham, Derek Muccioli (Elissa) of Waltham, Darren Muccioli (Melissa) of Plymouth and Melissa Moran (Robert) of Belmont; her grandchildren, Kayla, Justin, Joel, Mark, Tyler, Bobby, Sean, Brittany, Maya, Dylan and Eva; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Emma, Gabriella, Brayden and Jack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Patricia's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
