With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leona D. Hughes of Belmont, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 28, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Vanni and Dorothy Vanni (Belyea). She is survived by: her husband Howard P. Hughes; her children, Karen H. Dudzic (Christopher) of Framingham, Steven P. Hughes (Maribeth) of Foxborough and Diane M. Hughes of South Dennis; her grandchildren, Ryan W. Hughes and Aidan P. Hughes; and her sister Virginia M. Marino of Foxborough. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
