Jean Ann Sisson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ann Sisson of Belmont, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jean leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Geary and Ruth Geary (Dunn). She is survived by: her husband Howard; her children, Maureen Rekrut (Michael), Michael Sisson (Mary Lisa), Paula McBride (John) and Mary Beth Pessia (late Paul Pessia); and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Kane and Marlee Poirier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the MacDonald Rockwell MacDonald Funeral Home (270 Main St, Watertown, MA 02472). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Saint Luke (132 Lexington St, Belmont, MA 02478).
