We bid farewell to Gladys Steinbach (Belmont, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Gladys touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Gladys leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Steinbach Jr.; her son Joey; and her parents, Wellington Cook and Nellie Cook. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia; her son-in-law Paolo; and her siblings, Francis Tillou, Frank Cook (Joe) and Mary Van-Etten.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home (36 Trapelo Rd, Belmont, MA 02478).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mass General Hospital Cancer Center or the Alzheimer's Association.
