He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lavinia Magazzu (Arrigo); his children, Gayle, John and Marc; his grandchildren, Alexander, Julia and Giovanni; and his siblings, Angela Magazzu, Gaetano Magazzu, Giuseppina Magazzu, Santo Magazzu and Antonio Magazzu. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
